Here to Provide Simple Sleep Solutions for YOU.

Hey there, I'm Vishal Dasani. Once upon a time, I never really valued sleep. Nights were restless, days were sluggish, and my health took a hit—I was overweight, short-tempered, and just not feeling my best.

Then COVID hit, and my usual routines were on pause. It was a blessing in disguise because it gave me the chance to dive deep into understanding sleep. I studied it intensely, not just for myself but to help others too.

Now, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, helping them transform their sleep habits and, in turn, their lives. It's been an incredible journey of discovery and growth, and I'm passionate about sharing what I've learned to help others live healthier and happier lives.​

It hasn't been easy - but it's worth the journey!

2013

I got married and went on a honeymoon in Europe. Jet lag hit me hard, causing weight gain and low confidence when I returned home. To get back on track, I opened a gym to stay accountable and improve my health.

2016

I welcomed my child into the world. Despite my previous efforts to improve my sleep, having a baby meant a whole new sleep schedule—completely different from mine. I found myself back at square one: struggling with sleep, getting into arguments with family due to my short temper, and feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of parenthood.

2020

When COVID forced the closure of both my gyms, I found myself at a crossroads. Desperate for a new direction, I decided to delve into the study of sleep, encouraged by my colleague. It was a revelation—a whole new world opened up to me, so fascinating and impactful that it completely changed my life.

2024

As of now, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients, helping them transform their sleep habits. I've also authored two books on sleep, launched numerous workshops both online and offline, and remain committed to educating others about the importance of sleep. My journey continues, and I'm determined to keep pushing forward, making a difference in people's lives through better sleep.

Setelah ikut Workshop Sleep Foundation dari White Noise, benar-benar merubah perspektif dan mindset soal tidur. Yang dulunya mikir tidur itu harus banyak ini-itunya, ternyata setelah tahu bisa dengan mudah tertidur (meskipun tidak sepelor teman-teman lain yang nempel langsung molor hahaha) bahkan lebih berkualitas. Truly a life changing knowledge, nggak takut lagi dengan namanya "susah tidur"!
